You can place the order any time but for the same day deliveries the order must reach us by 6 PM Indian Standard Time.

As soon as we receive an order, an email is sent to the email id provided in the checkout form. The order status is updated in the order tracking section where it can be checked as well.
I have received your order confirmation email but not the payment confirmation email?
You might have given a different email id in payu form. You will receive payment confirmation mail on that alternate Email Id.

All the fresh flowers are hand delivered by our dedicated delivery boys .Strict guidelines and standard are maintained to ensure that the flowers are fresh and are meeting the industry norms.

Is the delivery possible on holidays?
Yes, the delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some exceptions.
How do I know if my order got delivered fine?
Flowerngift guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date and an email is sent to you confirming the delivery. You can also track your order through the Order Tracking section. Incase if by any reason the order can not be filled you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as we encounter any delivery problem. If you know that the order did not reach its delivery destination you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to claim a non delivery with reference to your Order Number.
What if my order is not delivered on the desired day?

How can I cancel or reschedule an order?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your order due to unforeseen circumstances you can email email@example.com, at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time.
How can I change an order?
If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email firstname.lastname@example.org, at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. You can get the items in the orders changed but due to legal constraints value of the order cannot be changed. In this case the old order is cancelled and new order is placed.
What do I do if I forgot my member password?

Can deliveries be made to business addresses or hospitals?
Flowerngift.in can deliver to every known and documented Note : Please be aware that certain hospitals do not accept flowers hence please confirm while placing the order.
Can I have an order delivered on a Sunday or a Holiday?
Yes at Flowerngift.in we can deliver your order on Sundays and also on Holidays. However there may be some exceptions to this because of Strike, Flood or any natural disaster when we are not able to deliver the order.
What happens when the flowers are no longer fresh upon arrival?

What happens if the recipient is not a home at the time of delivery?
The delivery guy will attempt to hand over the flowers to neighbors. If the neighbor is also not reachable or doesn.t accept the flowers then he will not leave the flowers at the door step unless instructed to do so. The fresh flowers will then be redelivered again at no extra cost only after talking to the recipient and confirming another suitable delivery time.
How long will the flowers last?
Different Flowers have different shelf life but again a lot depend on how one takes care of the flowers. Due to the perishable nature we can not give the guarantee for life of the flowers.
Can the delivery date be guaranteed?
Yes at Flowerngift.in guarantee the date of delivery. The delivery boys are also authorized to deliver the flowers to a neighbor if the recipient cannot be reached.
